Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel is a good option for those looking for a convenient stay near various sites and restaurants. The rooms offer basic comfort but lack proper soundproofing, which can be a downside for light sleepers. The service is welcoming, though some aspects like customer care could be improved. The location is ideal for exploring the area on foot, with plenty of dining options nearby, but it can get crowded at times. The dining experience is average, and the facilities meet basic needs without standing out.
I had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and so comfortable that I can't wait to go back. However, my room was beside the elevator and adjacent to a loud party with a DJ from 12 until 2 am. The bathrooms were a good size, and the working area was convenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The room, while spacious and comfortable, faced some noise issues due to its proximity to the elevator and a late-night party. The service from the staff, especially Maria, was exceptional, although at times it felt a bit excessive. The location was wonderful for exploring Dallas but had its drawbacks related to the noise from nearby events. The dining experience had its ups and downs with some pleasant surprises but also a couple of disappointments.
